This refund policy conforms to the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334) which provides for a "no refund" policy under exceptions 6.1(a) services that begin before the end of the cooling off period and 6.1(d) goods that due to their nature cannot be returned and possibly also (e) the supply of audio or video recordings or computer sof tware if they are unsealed by the consumer.
