Mapping Success in Our Annual Customer Day

We are thrilled to reflect on the success of our recent Customer Day, where we had the privilege of hosting our valued clients for a day of collaboration, insight-sharing, and innovation. It was an incredible opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and gather feedback that will help shape the future of Authenticate.

Customer Collaboration Drives Authenticate Roadmap

The day was carefully designed to be both informative and interactive, demonstrating our commitment to ongoing development and customer-driven innovation.

The event kicked off with registration, refreshments, and networking, at The Terrace in Leeds, setting the tone for a day of collaboration. Our CEO, Alex Walters, opened the event with a warm welcome before we delved into the Authenticate Roadmap & Refresh Teaser, showcasing the exciting developments on our platform.

After a networking lunch, we facilitated an interactive workshop where attendees had the opportunity to provide direct feedback on the platform’s priorities and future development.

This session was invaluable in shaping the future roadmap for improvements and ensuring our platform continues to meet the evolving needs of our customers. The day also featured an engaging discussion on The Future of Ethics in Food Supply Chains, emphasising the growing importance of responsible sourcing and compliance. Our customers highlighted many of the strengths they experience when using Authenticate. The dedication and support from our team were widely recognised, with clients valuing our commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement. The seamless onboarding process, especially for those transitioning from other systems, was particularly praised. Our ability to swiftly integrate new schemes and certifications, as well as the robust functionality of our assessments, also stood out as significant advantages.

Looking to the Future with AI and Horizon Scanning

A standout moment from the day was the discussion on the potential of AI-powered solutions in supply chain management. One customer shared how AI could have saved hours in generating reports, highlighting the transformative impact it can bring.

“In a recent incident, I was able to run a report very quickly on Authenticate and establish which of my products might potentially be impacted.
Running the report took me five minutes, and then it took me an hour or two to go through the data and get into the detail. The next step is Al, which can probably extract
much of that detail for me in an instant.”

Additionally, the introduction of multilingual user guides and translation features will further enhance the experience for global users.
