Feature Update: Automated supplier compliance reports
With Authenticate, you can create compliance reports for both public and private certification schemes amongst your entire supplier base.
Here’s how you can make the most of live API feeds to monitor standards in your supply chain…
Direct and indirect supplier compliance
The Authenticate platform contains a directory of over 15,000 supplier profiles, including growers, producers and manufacturers across 72 difference countries.
When you map your products a link is sent down the supply chain, giving previously unseen visibility of both direct and indirect suppliers and unlocking a wealth of compliance data…
The schemes that matter
Supplier profiles within the directory can hold certification details for any number of bodies, from Sedex to Soil Association; so if you need to know who’s BRC certified or RSPCA assured, you can check at the click of a button.
Real-time reporting through live data feeds
The Authenticate platform is continually adding new live links to certification bodies. This data is then used to create compliance reports which show the relevant status of all your suppliers, right the way through the chain.
Full, expiring, expired, withdrawn...
The report can be run for a specific category (such as a product type) or filtered by scheme.
It then shows basic compliance information for all the suppliers involved, including an easy-to-view graph showing the percentage of full, expiring, expired, withdrawn or unknown certificates… or a lack thereof.
