Oddbox, the food waste fighting box scheme, selected Authenticate’s supply chain software solutions last year to help digitise processes and increase visibility.

Prioritising the incident management module in the first instance, Oddbox previously used email, forms, and spreadsheets to collate data and investigate non-conformances, but has since moved this process over to Authenticate to streamline and centralise information.

The Oddbox team are now able to quickly raise and resolve issues both with growers and internally to ensure high quality and safety of products at all times, whilst maintaining the ability to see and report on all cases in one location.

The Authenticate Incident Management module allows businesses to:

  • Log the severity and status of an incident or non-conformance
  • Select an assignee to take accountability for each incident
  • Securely share the non-conformance with the impacted site/supplier
  • Upload supporting evidence including images against the investigation
  • Suggest and log root cause analysis to prevent recurrences
  • View all incidents and non-conformances together for reporting reasons or to determine patterns
