Audits and Assessments
Questionnaires and risk assessments play an important role in Karro’s rigorous supplier selection and management processes. The platform is used to house records of formal audits carried out on supplying farms, with responses to a range of questionnaires covering farm practices, site security, animal welfare and transportation managed through the Audits and Assessments module. A similar programme is underway for management of compliance data relating to raw material and packaging suppliers.
